About Us

Hello, we are Kenneth and Anna Beth Waun and the idea for this RV park came from my husband, Kenny.  He grew up fishing the Neosho river and Grand Lake as a young boy and enjoyed the fishing so much, he decided he wanted to build this RV park for our retirement.  We are a new park but the following are some of what we have available already:  lake frontage with boat ramp and boat dock, large sites, peaceful and quiet, storm shelter, washers & dryers, bathrooms, and shower rooms.   Our heart is not only to build an RV park, but to build a community of lifelong family and friends.  Our park is located at Echo Bay on Grand Lake with lake access.  We have 28 spaces available now and 20 more to be constructed in the near future.  Our sites are all full hook-up sites with 30 or 50-amp electric service, water, and sewer.  We offer nightly, weekly, and monthly rates with all utilities included except monthly rentals will be required to pay for their electric usage.  We are pet friendly (no aggressive breeds allowed please), and all pets are required to be on a lease when outside.  Call or email us - we hope you will come by and check us out!
